Dmytro Riabikin is a counsel at Sayenko Kharenko corporate and M&A and private wealth management practices with more than 15-years of practical experience. Dmytro focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, private wealth management, and capital markets.
He regularly advises on cross-border M&A transactions governed by English law and has extensive experience supporting clients on a wide range of private wealth matters. His expertise includes protecting the interests of beneficial owners of Ukrainian and international businesses, as well as advising on the structuring of private and business assets through trusts, foundations, and family offices.
Currently Mr. Riabikin also specialises in legal structuring of investments into defence-tech start-ups (both in Ukraine and abroad) and provides full-scale legal assistance to investors (foreign and domestic) into Ukrainian defence-tech players and to founders of Ukrainian defence start-ups.
