Dmytro is a counsel in the firm’s corporate law and M&A practice and co-head of the firm’s defence practice, with over 15 years’ practical experience. He regularly advises clients on cross-border M&A transactions and has extensive experience in advising private clients on a wide range of legal matters.
Dmytro currently specialises in working with Ukrainian and foreign defence companies. In particular, Dmytro assists with the legal structuring of investments in the defence sector (both in Ukraine and abroad), advises on export control matters, and provides comprehensive support to foreign and Ukrainian miltech companies, venture capital investors, and founders of Ukrainian companies in the defence sector on a wide range of legal issues.
