Dmytro Zaiachkivskyi specialises in M&A and corporate law. Dmytro’s experience includes advising clients on establishing a business presence in Ukraine, corporate structuring and drafting transactional documents. He also has extensive experience conducting due diligence of companies across various sectors. In addition, he advises private and state-owned clients on D&O insurance matters. As a part of Sayenko Kharenko’s team, Dmytro has worked on several M&A transactions across different industries.
Most recently, Dmytro worked on the following M&A deals:
- Elementum Energy, the largest international investor in Ukraine’s renewable energy sector, on acquiring a majority stake in the Windpark West WPP project. Windpark West-R LLC is a project company developing a wind power plant with a capacity of 200 MWp in western Ukraine;
- PJSC Ukrnafta, Ukraine’s largest oil company, in acquiring a 51% stake in Shell gas station network in Ukraine;
- Sale of a 100% stake in JSC “Idea Bank” (Ukraine) by Getin Holding S.A. to TAS Group. Getin Holding S.A. is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. It is a Polish financial group operating on international markets. TAS Group is one of the largest financial and industrial groups in Ukraine;
- Viseven, a global MarTech company servicing pharmaceutical and life sciences industries, in attracting investment from Horizon Capital, the leading private equity firm in Central and Eastern Europe.
