General info
Igor specialises in Ukrainian antitrust and competition law and regularly advises clients on its various aspects, including merger control, concerted practices, abuse of dominance and unfair competition. As a part of Sayenko Kharenko’s Antitrust & Competition team, Igor has worked on a significant number of projects, inter alia, on obtaining approvals of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for numerous mergers and acquisitions by international and local companies across different industries.
