Katalina specialises in international arbitration and dispute resolution.
As a part of the Sayenko Kharenko team, Katalina assisted clients in arbitrations under the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Swiss Arbitration Center (SAC), the International Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA), as well as in court proceedings in Ukraine, Switzerland, Belize, the United States and the United Kingdom.
Katalina’s experience also includes advising clients on corporate law, public procurement, infrastructure projects, maritime law, aviation law, and insurance.
