Kateryna Kolos handles a range of contentious and non-contentious tax matters with a particular focus on domestic and international transactions, trade and customs issues, and cash discipline, including all stages of tax disputes during pre-court and court proceedings with the tax, customs and other authorities.
She advises international and domestic clients on a broad spectrum of tax matters across sectors and industries, including agriculture, oil&gas, automotive, food, FMCG, telecommunications sectors.
Moreover, Kateryna has experience in resolving customs disputes, including cases regarding customs value, coding of goods, and customs regimes procedure. Kateryna also represents clients’ interests during the enforcement proceedings.
In addition, Kateryna provides clients with legal assistance in matters related to the administrative and criminal liability of company management in connection with tax-related offences.
Before joining Sayenko Kharenko, Kateryna practiced at the Ukrainian office of one of the Big Four auditing companies.
