Lyubov Bartashchuk focuses on litigation. She represents clients before Ukrainian courts of all instances and specialisations. Ms Bartashchuk has an extensive experience in dispute resolution involving the state and regulatory authorities and disputes related to the provision of public services, as well as commercial and corporate disputes. She also specialises in disputes related to labour, inheritance, real estate, land and family matters.
Ms Bartashchuk has significant experience representing private clients: from advising and resolving disputes in a pre-trial procedure (marriage contract, spousal property division agreement etc.) to litigation in the field of family and inheritance law, in particular, cases related to divorce, division of joint property and more. Among her clients are the owners of Ukrainian and foreign companies and their families, as well as the high-ranking officials.
Lyubov is known for her many years of experience in successfully resolving disputes in an out of court procedure. She actively uses mediation to resolve disputes and business conflicts and is a practicing attorney who prefers amicable settlement (collaborative lawyers). Her portfolio includes dozens of successfully resolved disputes and conflicts both between business co-owners and within teams.
Lyubov Bartashchuk is an active participant in the Ukrainian legal community. In particular, she was invited to teach at the Higher School of Advocacy of the Ukrainian National Bar Association and the National School of Judges of Ukraine.
In addition to her practice as an attorney, Ms Bartashchuk’s experience includes working as a judge.
