Oleg Samus



Oleg Samus has extensive experience in developing and implementing strategies for interaction between the state authorities and the public. Combining legal knowledge, business approach, and interaction strategies with the state authorities, the public, and the media, he successfully builds a dialogue between business and government representatives and implements complex projects.

Oleg has overseen multi-million dollar agriculture and infrastructure deals. He has advised on attracting investment in various economy sectors, protected assets from raider attacks, and implemented anticorruption procedures.

Mr Samus has worked in consulting and multinational companies. He has advised the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food, and led the development of a national strategy for the development of Ukrainian agriculture and rural areas. He also advised successive Ukrainian governments, participated in the drafting of regulations. He has represented the interests of numerous industries. For many years, he acted as the co-chair of the Agricultural Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and is an advisor to the US-Ukraine Business Council.
