Oleksandra Sandul is an experienced associate in international trade law, with expertise in consulting both government bodies and NGOs on complex trade and legal matters. As part of her role at Sayenko Kharenko, she has been actively involved in advising the government of Ukraine on amendments to Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and has provided extensive consultation on EU law compliance, facilitating the country’s ongoing EU integration efforts.  

Oleksandra has provided guidance to NGOs on export requirements for Ukrainian producers entering the EU and UK markets. Oleksandra has also successfully represented clients in over 20 anti-dumping and safeguard investigations in Ukraine, the Eurasian Economic Union, and the United States, securing favorable outcomes for both domestic producers and foreign exporters in complex trade disputes.
