Ms Gontar specialises in arbitration and commercial litigation.
She advises international and domestic clients on a broad spectrum of matters at all stages of dispute resolution, from advising on drafting dispute resolution provisions in contracts, amicable resolution of disputes and representation in arbitration and court proceedings to recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards and court judgments.
Ms Gontar has significant experience representing clients in commercial and investment arbitration and cross-border litigation proceedings, including as a counsel in the arbitration proceedings under the arbitration rules of such arbitral institutions as the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA), and the Netherlands Arbitration Institution (NAI).
Olesia has represented clients in proceedings relating to agriculture, banking and financial services, corporate and M&A, shareholders, international trade, energy, IT and product liability disputes.
