Pavlo is a senior associate at Sayenko Kharenko IP practice where he represents leading businesses in IP related matters, with particular focus on trademarks, copyright, patents and geographical indications. Pavlo mainly works for the companies from IT, telecom, media, aerospace, FMCG, retail and pharma sectors..
Pavlo is regularly engaged in IP prosecution, IP counseling for M&A, IP transactions, IP due diligence, resolving conflicts over IP, establishing and enforcing rights in IP, protection from unfair competition.
In addition to IP services, Pavlo frequently advises the clients on Ukrainian law aspects of advertising, e-signature use, privacy and cybersecurity, open-source software use, telecom and media regulation. Pavlo advises clients on legislative and regulatory developments affecting cutting-edge communication technologies such as connected vehicles, IoT.
Prior to joining Sayenko Kharenko, Pavlo worked for the Kyiv office of an international law firm.
