Peter Teluk has extensive expertise in corporate, M&A, finance, government affairs and international arbitration.
His 25 years of experience include working for and taking senior and executive managerial roles with some of the largest international law firms and multinational corporations, including Baker McKenzie, Covington & Burling, Squire Patton Boggs, and Philip Morris International. Prior to joining Sayenko Kharenko, he acted as a senior advisor on investment, privatization and governance to the Minister of Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine and served as the managing partner of Squire Patton Boggs’s Kyiv office.
Peter’s broad experience includes taking a US company to an IPO in Australia, representing a Ukrainian investor in multi-billion dollar acquisitions, representing a sovereign wealth fund in international arbitration. He brings an international and solution-based perspective to servicing clients and helping them achieve their commercial goals while minimizing their risks.
