Roman specialises in asset structuring transactions, gambling market regulation and sanctions law matters and regularly advises clients on various issues related to compliance with sanctions restrictions and M&A transactions. In addition, as a member of Sayenko Kharenko’s Corporate and Private Wealth Management team, Roman has worked on several family asset structuring and M&A transactions and succession planning projects.
