Victoria Mykuliak specializes in international trade law, including WTO-related projects and regulatory advice. She is regularly advising on a broad range on international trade issues including market access, the application of TBT and SPS measures, dispute settlement, trade remedies, and contractual structuring.
In particular, for the last five years, she has been a member of a team representing Ukraine in several WTO disputes, acted for the clients in more than 15 trade defence proceedings in Ukraine and abroad (anti-dumping, safeguards, subsidies), advised on functioning of FTAs concluded by Ukraine (e.g. the DCFTA between the EU and Ukraine, Canada-Ukraine FTA, the EFTA-Ukraine FTA, the CIS FTA, etc.), advised clients in the course of various cross-border trade transactions (agency, distribution, franchise contracts, consumer rights protection, market access issues, trade sanctions, etc.).
Mrs Mykuliak regularly authors articles pertaining to international trade issues (WTO-related matters, European integration, etc.), participates in different conferences, forums and events devoted to international trade field.
