Yaroslav Ognevyuk heads Sayenko Kharenko’s intellectual property practice and for almost 20 years has been successfully engaged in complex and large-scale projects in the field of intellectual property rights protection in Ukraine.
Yaroslav is one of the most experienced experts in Ukraine in patent and trademark litigation, anti-counterfeiting, IP rights protection on customs borders, copyright infringements, and obtaining well-known trademark status.
Yaroslav has diverse experience in the field of intellectual property. In particular, he has headed the litigation department of the Ukrainian Patent and Trademark office.
For many years, he has combined practice with active pro bono work in professional IP public domestic and international organizations. Yaroslav is known for his communication skills as well as his strategic thinking and ability to plan for a variety of different scenarios.
