The Council for Support of Entrepreneurship under Martial Law under the President of Ukraine took part in resolving of the complaint filed by Sayenko Kharenko in the interests of the client 

Sayenko Kharenko successfully defended a client’s interests against undue pressure from state authorities during martial law, with the support of the Council for Support of Entrepreneurship under Martial Law under the President of Ukraine. 

Council members reviewed the submitted complaint, thoroughly analysed the provided materials, and conducted an appropriate investigation. Thanks to the Council’s intervention, the procedural pressure on the client was halted, and the criminal investigation continued in accordance with the requirements of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. 

The criminal law practice team led by partner Serhii Smirnov and counsel Zlata Symonenko handled the project, with significant support from attorney Bohdan Holovko.
