Two Sayenko Kharenko projects shortlisted for 2021 CEE Deal of the Year Award

Sayenko Kharenko has been nominated for the 2021 CEE Deal of the Year Award for the ZAO Minsk Transit Bank’s Acquisition of Idea Bank from Getin Holding and Ukrenergo’s Debut ESG Bond Issuance.

CEE Deals of the Year is an annual celebration of lawyers and law firms that have brought the deals that shape Central and Eastern Europe into being.

Winners will be announced at the annual CEELM Deals of the Year Banquet in London, which is scheduled for 5 April 2022.
