Vladimir Sayenko moderates teleseminar on cartel investigations in Ukraine and Moldova

Vladimir Sayenko, Sayenko Kharenko’s partner, moderates the teleseminar “Cartel investigations in Ukraine and Moldova: basic framework”, organized by the Non-commercial Partnership “Supporting Competition in the CIS Countries” in association with antitrust institutions of the CIS countries.

The participants of the seminar, which was a part of a series of events devoted to “Fighting cartels in the CIS: National experience and international cooperation”, discussed some problematic issues, which arise in the course of international cooperation through cartel investigations, in particular main provisions of cartel investigations in Ukraine and Moldova, including core legislation, judicial establishement, legal liability, and test cases.
